Candidate Profile
Experience: Prior internship experience in Corporate Development, Big-4 Financial Advisory, Investment Banking, or Private Equity a plus; top-caliber college graduates are welcome
Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills are a prerequisite; CFA or MBA from a top-tier institution is highly desirable.
Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for navigating cross-border transactions and communicating with regional stakeholders.
Global Mindset: Prior experience internatioanlly, or within multinational institutions is preferred, reflecting our firm's international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Management: Lead the creation of dynamic, institutional-grade financial models for large-scale infrastructure and real estate assets. You will drive valuation efforts (DCF, sensitivity analysis, and complex waterfalls) and lead comprehensive due diligence across technical, tax, and ESG workstreams.
Strategic Deal Execution: Drive the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, from term sheet negotiation to closing. You will coordinate with global external advisors to manage timelines for high-impact regional acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Institutional Investor Relations & Capital Markets: Serve as a key interface for our global institutional backers. You will translate complex portfolio data into persuasive investment memos, performance reports, and IC decks, articulating the investment thesis to both internal and external stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Sourcing: Lead thematic research and pipeline screening to identify actionable opportunities across Asia. You will monitor competitive trends and propose entry strategies for new markets.
Portfolio Value Creation: Optimize the existing portfolio by tracking asset-level KPIs and designing strategies for refinancing, exit planning, and strategic repositioning to maximize IRR.
