The top accelerator helping Taiwanese founders

LAND IN THE US

Not a program to visit,

but one to stay and build

Unlike traditional programs, LANDED is focused on US landing. We don’t believe in cohort quotas or vanity metrics. We work with a small number of high-conviction teams we believe we can move the needle for.

Our mentors, partners, and investors come from both sides of the Pacific, with backgrounds in venture capital, corporate innovation, and founder-led scale-ups. We believe global expansion doesn’t have to start with guesswork—it can start with LANDED.

US Plus Concept

At LANDED, we believe in the “US Plus” Concept —the idea that Taiwanese startups shouldn’t be pitching as “foreign alternatives,” but as world-class companies that stand on equal footing with any US-based startup.

Your Taiwan Advantage, whether it’s deep tech talent, supply chain access, or speed of execution, should be the advantage, not just a feature. To win in the US, you first need to speak the same language: same standards, same metrics, same ambition. Then you stack your unique edge on top.

This isn’t about fitting in. It’s about standing out—for the right reasons.

We Do Things Different Here

We don’t run fixed timelines or demo-day theatrics. Every startup at LANDED gets a customized, hands-on program, designed to solve your real pain points—whether that’s investor readiness, go-to-market fit, or closing your first US customer. No fluff, just traction.

No Cohorts. No Cookie-Cutter Curriculum.

Unlike most accelerator programs, LANDED is built specifically for immigrant founders—those breaking into the US ecosystem from the outside in. We understand the unique challenges that come with navigating a new market, culture, and investor landscape, and we’re committed to being the hands-on partner that helps you build trust, traction, and long-term presence in the US.

For Immigrant Founders

At LANDED, you won’t be handed off to interns or shuffled through generic workshops. You’ll work directly with former VCs, founders, and US-based operators who’ve been in the room—who know what it takes to scale across borders, and who are committed to walking that path with you.

LANDED’s Flagship 3 Phase Program

Strategize | Execute | Scale

1. Strategize:

We start by identifying your leverage points. In this phase, we work with you to sharpen your positioning, fundraising narrative, go-to-market plan, and team structure. The goal is to align your vision with what the US market and investors actually respond to before you waste time or burn cash.

This Phase is completed in Taiwan, prior to US landing.

2. Execute:

This is where the rubber meets the road.

We will execute based on the strategic roadmap we have laid out in Phase 1. We will start introducing corporate partners, cultivate early customers, and prepare for fundraising.

We start our signature mock pitch drills, VC live fire rounds, and pre-fundraise campaign to not only help our companies gain traction but also prepare to engage investors.

Our companies will have office space available to them in New York and be able to use our landing pad as a headquarter to build and expand in the US.

3. Scale:

Once traction starts, we shift into scaling mode. Leveraging the rapid growth for a successful fundraise, our companies will start pitching to suitable investors across the East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest.

Internally, we focus on hiring, partnerships, growth metrics, and executing our plans previous phases. We’ll help you stay investor-ready while building operational foundations strong enough to support your future growth.

We are looking for:

The big idea, at a small place.

We are looking for early stage technology companies solving a critical problem for customers in the US and other major ecosystems.

How do we define “early stage”?

Companies founded in the last 5 years and have not raised a series A round.

FAQ

  • We are open to applicants from various industries. Not because we are experts in every field, we collaborate with builders and backers spanning 12 different verticals.

  • Each of the 3 phases is its own standalone contract. For each phase, we charge a flat fee of $3,500 to compensate our mentors for their time.

To align incentives for the third phase (fundraising), our companies typically allocate 1-2% of equity to LANDED as we work together on fundraising advisory.

  • While our platform is not yet set up to make direct investments into startups, there are many angel investors who are also serving as mentors with LANDED. They individually could choose to invest in companies they are mentoring.

In addition, we partnered with 50+ VC funds across the West Coast, East Coast, and Midwest to help our startups access funding.

  • Yes, but please make sure there won’t be any schedule conflict between the 2 accelerator programs.
